• Advertisers and sponsors shall be the sole parties responsible for ensuring that the material submitted for inclusion on the web sites complies with any applicable laws or permits

Basic Terms

YOU

• must be 18 years or older to use the service; if you're under 18, have your parents or legal guardian permission to register and use the service with both your and their full understanding of these terms. By using the service, you are telling us that you and your parent or guardian comply with this agreement.

• must keep your password secure and not share it.

• are responsible for your conduct and any content data (text, photos, video and personal information).
• are not allowed to modify, change or hack handivi service or any other related to 7syntax.
• must not, in the use of this service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
• are responsible for using service features to share generated content outside handivi.

WE

• reserve the right to modify or terminate the service for any reason, with proper notice.
• reserve the right to alter these terms at any time; without any notice.
• reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• may remove user content and accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these terms.
• allow the use of user content outside this service. This use is accepted and encouraged, but user content hosted on this service must provide a link back, or must use any other official tool or method provided by handivi.
• claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the service.
• take no responsibility and assume no liability for any content posted by any user.
• encourage users to contribute their creations to the public domain or consider progressive licensing terms.
• obey all relevant national and international copyright laws.

Subscription Terms

Payments for premium subscriptions are processed by third party service provider(s). In addition to these Terms of Service, subscription transactions may be subject to such service provider’s terms & conditions and privacy policy.

The default setting for subscriptions is an annual, auto-renewing subscription. This means that each year, on your subscription anniversary date, you will be charged the prevailing rate for an additional one-year subscription renewal. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you have signed up for an automatically-renewing subscription, you will have the ability to cancel any future renewals.
